Adults-only access

Access to Privya is strictly limited to people aged 18 or older. Minors are not allowed to create an account or use the service.

Zero tolerance

Privya enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or any conduct that puts a child at risk.

Prohibited content and behavior

• Creating, sending, publishing, sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material or any content involving the exploitation of minors.
• Engaging in grooming, manipulative, or exploitative behavior toward a minor.
• Using the platform to facilitate, organize, or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Impersonating a minor, misrepresenting age, or helping another person bypass age restrictions.
• Using Privya in any way that directly or indirectly puts a child in danger.

Enforcement measures

Following a credible report, internal detection, or confirmation of prohibited content or behavior, Privya may take one or more of the following actions:

• removal of the relevant content
• temporary suspension or permanent ban of the account
• preservation of required evidence where mandated by law
• reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law

Reporting

Privya provides reporting mechanisms for profiles, messages, and problematic behavior. Any content or behavior that may involve a minor or exploitation must be reported immediately.
